Establishing your own charitable fund is easy. 

A donor-advised fund can be established with a gift of $2,500.00. The fund may be non-endowed (nonpermanent) or endowed (lasting forever). That amount and any balance of your fund are never made public and immediate tax deductions are realized for your contribution. 
 

The dollars in your fund may then be granted to any U.S. 501 (c)  (3) nonprofit organization, church, or school in your parish, community, and/or anywhere in the country - anytime. You may also choose to add to the Fund at any time to take advantage of the charitable tax deduction.
